How the fire
is tended.
Three live gatherings every month, and a fourth week built for living what surfaced. The gatherings create the rhythm. The brotherhood is the experience.
Week One
Firekeeper Council
The brotherhood sits down together.
Men bring what is actually happening - the gap that widened, the word they kept, the one they did not. Language gets applied to real life, out loud, in front of men who will remember it.
Because a man thinks more clearly when he has to say it to someone who knows him.
Week Two
Enter the Fire
A live breathwork gathering.
The work moves out of the head and into the body. No performance, no analysis - just a man breathing his way back to what he still feels.
Because a man cannot always think his way back to life. At some point the fire has to enter the body again.
Week Three
Gather
The open fire.
Less structure, more presence. Men talk. Men listen. New men get known. Brothers share what they are learning about tending what matters.
Because brotherhood is not built in curriculum. It is built in the hours around the fire.
Week Four
Tend What Matters
No gathering. On purpose.
The month's work goes home with you. You practice it. You repair something. You keep the word you spoke in Council. The brotherhood remains present between gatherings, but the proof must be lived in your actual life.
Because proof is not made in a meeting. It is made in the week nobody is watching.

What it takes
to hold a seat.
The first opening of The Fire is for five Founding Firekeepers. We begin with five because “No man disappears alone” must be more than something written on a page.
When a man joins The Fire, he becomes a Firekeeper. He belongs from the beginning; deeper standing and responsibility are earned over time.
Every man in this room should be known. His word should be remembered. His absence should be noticed. Before The Fire grows, we intend to prove we can keep that promise.
After the first five, The Fire stays open at the standard rate. There is no cap of twenty-five, no closing door, no manufactured scarcity. Firekeeper is meant to remain open.
